We are specialized in gear supply high precision for various industrial applications. Our factory offers a wide range of gears, including all types of dentures (helical, chevron, wheel and screw, conical, etc.) and all types of heat treatments (cementation, nitriding, induction hardening).
We manufacture according to drawing or model part and ensure reduced deadlines in case of troubleshooting. With modern equipment and rigorous quality control, we guarantee products that comply with ISO 9001, 14001, and 9100 standards.
Our partner factory has a modern machine park of 32,000 m² and a team of 220 qualified people. ISO 9001, 14001, and 9100 certified, we perform three-dimensional checks, magnetoscopy, as well as Nital and Barkhausen tests.
Our infrastructure includes a forge and an in-house heat treatment center. We carry out cutting operations up to a diameter of 14,000 mm and grinding up to a diameter of 4,500 mm, reaching a quality up to 4 DIN 3692 in correction.
